The Mashaverse project is a Joint Venture whereby Animaccord (the IP holder of Masha & The Bear) has granted an IP License Agreement to the joint venture to allow for the creation and distribution of games, digital collectibles and web 3.0 products/services to create the Mashaverse ecosystem.
